Happy Birthday Muffin Chocolate and Nutella!



These delicious muffins are from this book, new purchase moltomolto cute! In the beginning were cupcackes chocolate, I've removed the cover, and added a sweet surprise inside ... So:

Ingredients:


3 eggs 225 g sugar (I put 190 of the barrel and came very good!)

100 g butter 50 ml sour cream (I am a small pot of natural yogurt)
2 tablespoons cold coffee

210 grams of flour 2 teaspoons baking powder
4 tablespoons cocoa powder 1 pinch of salt

100 grams of dark chocolate
Nutella (a teaspoon per muffin)

Beat the eggs with the butter and sugar and add the yogurt and coffee to the mixture, combine the flour, baking powder, cocoa and salt and mix well. Finally add the chocolate previously melted in a water bath.
Put a little ' Mixing inside of paper cups placed in a muffin pan and put a teaspoon of Nutella in the center, then cover with more dough. Bake at 180 degrees for ... I do not remember what, do you of course have to be beautiful dry! A
I have come 16 ... good very good, with a touch of coffee enhances the flavor of dark chocolate! Not to mention when you find the heart of Nutella:)

chestnut cream Ingredients: 400 gr chestnut
