Do I Capitalize Philosophies?

Lesson No. 2: lasagna pumpkin and radicchio

Second lesson: the fresh egg pasta! The recipe we got from Silver Spoons , each has made his ... I make this, her with the zucchini and the sauce to the rice milk! What can I say once again, great!

For the pasta:
400 grams of wheat flour 4 eggs

a dribble of oil a pinch of salt

oil For the sauce: 100 gr
flour
oil virgin taste
1 l milk + water or milk to taste salt

nutmeg

For the lasagna:
a head of radicchio
a piece of pumpkin
onion

extra virgin olive oil salt pepper

caciotta
Parmesan

First, prepare the pasta! Place the flour in the center of the eggs, oil and salt and mix, if necessary, adding a bit 'of water. Wrap in a cloth and leave for half an hour.
Meanwhile, prepare the sauce: fry the onion, then add the radicchio and pumpkin pieces, salt and pepper and cook to taste.
also prepare the sauce by placing the flour in a casserole dish and pour over extra virgin olive oil needed to make a creamy sauce, put on the fire until it "makes the bubbles and slowly add the milk, working with the whip so there are no lumps. Bake for 50-10 minutes from boiling and let cool (if it hardens too much, as happened to us, add a little 'hot salted water).
Spread the dough with a rolling pin or with the machine (we Ihihih!), In thin strips that are then briefly boiled in salted water (so then you are also cooked in the oven).

Assemble everything: pay a bit 'of sauce on the bottom of the pan, put a layer of lasagne and sauce over the Pumpkin and radicchio with a little 'of caciotta (or Parmesan cheese or more to taste), even lasagna, then sauce, then tomato sauce, etc.. to cover everything with a generous layer of sauce covered with parmesan cheese (for browning).
Bake for 30-40 minutes or bake at 200 ° apart in cocottine portion as I did (always 200 °, but for less time). Ah

PS the photo is not exactly the best, it is a surplus ... O_O forgive me!

Xanax Doubles Price Street

the teacher;)

The title is very ironic because I found myself to be just, a teacher of cooking:)))
Seriously, some time ago his cousin (let's call Giulia:)) asked me if I could give some cooking lessons ... seemed a great idea, which would allow us to share something and of course spending time together, so I accepted lesta!
Knowing his innate greed and the fact that if there was jelly all her instead of her mother last Christmas, I decided to propose these tasty biscuits * as the first lesson (ihihihihih):

Ingredients:
110 grams of dark chocolate chopped

180 g butter 6 tablespoons sugar 2 tablespoons strong coffee

225 grams of flour 60 g cornstarch (or frumina, as we did)
almonds

Work the butter in a bowl soft sugar icing and, once thoroughly mixed, add the melted chocolate and coffee warmed; embed the sifted flour mixture, the frumina and a pinch of salt.
Then place the mixture into a pastry bag (I the first time I made them did not succeeded because the dough was too thick and the bag was oozing fat, butter and chocolate ... so I did a slaughterhouse and I decided to replace it with the syringe!) on parchment paper and form spirals a bit 'spaced apart, focusing attention on a peeled almonds, pressing a bit'.
Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes and let cool 10 minutes before moving them from the pan, because they are still brittle.

Score: 10 ++++++ If these are the results of the first lesson, the student will soon exceed the teacher:)))

Usb Driver Vx 3000 Driver

roll

Yesterday was the birthday of someone special, I have been close for so long and now it's far away ... I celebrated it by preparing a dessert, as I always have ...
Happy Birthday! The recipe comes from
Bread, cakes and biscuits Leila Lindholm:

roll sponge Mother:

3 eggs 135 g sugar 2 tablespoons milk

zest of one orange ( I substituted with the seeds a vanilla bean)

120 grams of flour 1 teaspoon baking powder
sliced \u200b\u200balmonds (that I've forgotten!)

granulated sugar for rolling a jar of blackberry jam to fill

really fast and easy! First, turn the oven to 230 degrees;
then beat the eggs in a bowl with sugar until mixture is light and fluffy, then add milk and sow (or orange zest), and then, gently, flour and baking powder sifted.
Deploy all on parchment paper, giving it a rectangular surface and sprinkle with almonds. Cook for 5 minutes, I would not recommend more than one crack too then at the time of the 'rolling', so enough!
Remove from oven and invert onto another piece of parchment paper sprinkled with sugar (so it does not stick!) And gently remove the paper from the base of the cake.
Stuff you like: I used a precious jar of blackberry jam collected and processed by the granny, but you could use cream, cream, fresh fruit ...
And the hardest part: the gentle rolling pianopiano trying not to break it too and lay with the closure downwards.
much easier to do than to say! I
ammettrere I also tried a version with chocolate, stuffed with Nutella and bananas ... UAO!

PS Thanks to Julia Philosophically sustainable who invited me to relay friendship:
