the teacher;)
The title is very ironic because I found myself to be just, a teacher of cooking:)))
Seriously, some time ago his cousin (let's call Giulia:)) asked me if I could give some cooking lessons ... seemed a great idea, which would allow us to share something and of course spending time together, so I accepted lesta!
Knowing his innate greed and the fact that if there was jelly all her instead of her mother last Christmas, I decided to propose these tasty biscuits * as the first lesson (ihihihihih):
Ingredients:
110 grams of dark chocolate chopped
180 g butter 6 tablespoons sugar 2 tablespoons strong coffee
225 grams of flour 60 g cornstarch (or frumina, as we did)
almonds
Work the butter in a bowl soft sugar icing and, once thoroughly mixed, add the melted chocolate and coffee warmed; embed the sifted flour mixture, the frumina and a pinch of salt.
Then place the mixture into a pastry bag (I the first time I made them did not succeeded because the dough was too thick and the bag was oozing fat, butter and chocolate ... so I did a slaughterhouse and I decided to replace it with the syringe!) on parchment paper and form spirals a bit 'spaced apart, focusing attention on a peeled almonds, pressing a bit'.
Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes and let cool 10 minutes before moving them from the pan, because they are still brittle.
Score: 10 ++++++ If these are the results of the first lesson, the student will soon exceed the teacher:)))
